Perhaps the most sobering experience that a college student endures is that of the Sunday afternoon. That's when it all settles in; all the problems facing you in an upcoming week, whether they are personal or school-related. Removed from the carelessness of Friday and Saturday, Sunday afternoon awakens you to the harsh reality that is life. Unless you have the unbelievable fortune of having nothing to worry about, Sunday afternoon is invariably the worst part of a week.
During the week, in the midst of your busy schedule, you don't really have time to stop and think about how much it all sucks. But on Sunday afternoon, being still weary from the weekend, lacking the energy to accomplish anything productive, all those problems sit there taunting you.
If I were creative, I would come up with some way to cope with this problem. Alas, I have no such ability; therefore, I take solace in the fact that, come next Friday I can forget all this crap once again. Maybe somewhere in between I can get something accomplished, but that's not likely. Ah, but such is life. And in the end, life is beautiful.

Exterior
A short drive up Nelson Street brings you to the house known as Plinko. Only a few doors up from Hobes (ouch, sorry ladies), this gray house is a lot bigger than it looks from the outside. Not to say that the outside was bad, by any means. The front yard is well kept, and in addition to some "borrowed" décor from FD, the girls own pink flamingos; however, these flamingos are currently MIA, but the girls swear their vengeance on Shanghai. The girls are also nature lovers, as their trash cans are inhabited by a family of crows - how sweet.

Living Room
The first room you enter from the front door, the living room is a little small, but cozy nonetheless. There are several couches, which is a plus, but the entertainment center was a little lacking. But then again, I guess TVs mean less to girls than guys. One particular piece I liked was the Boulevard of Broken Dreams picture, very classy. Scattered around the living room were notes from Cristen Nunez, the resident Fire Marshall, although the girls question how good of a job she actually does.
