it, please let me know."

"Last Saturday night I accidentally left my black North Face fleece at the SAE Bahamas party. It has my swipe card and digital camera in the pocket...if you have seen it please email me at lostblacknorthface@wlu.edu!! Thanks!"

"I lost my medium black north face fleece Friday night at Kappa Sig. It has my swipe card in the pocket, so it should not be hard to

identify. I would really like it back, and if anyone finds it please email me or call me at 405-555-LOST. Thanks."

March 13 - "I lost a blue north face jacket last night at Munster. It has my cell phone and camera in the pockets...if you find it please email me! Thanks!"

March 14 - "I lost a black north face, size Kid's Large, at Munster the other night. I don't know too many people who wear a kid's large, so I'm hoping that someone accidentally picked it up. In the pockets were my cell, camera, swipe card, license, and debit card (in a cardholder), so it's really important I get the jacket back! If you have it or any of the above PLEASE email me or call xCRAP. Thanks"

To remedy the North Face epidemic, I propose a system similar to that once used by UVA with bicycles. The administration left several "community" bikes around campus for students to use when they needed them.

When a student reached his destination, he left it for the next person who needed it. Unfortunately, that plan failed to last very long as many of the bikes were stolen or damaged. But UVA lacks something we have, an honor code that actually works (in most cases).

If we just had a community of black North Face jackets in all sizes, and left them around campus and at popular off campus houses, it would solve the continuing cycle of the disappearance of jackets into oblivion.

P.S. Someone left a black North Face Jacket at the FIJI house last Friday night.
